File Upload & Download FileFolderSync Too Heavy

Filemanager uploads to portal 0 only

While being connected (as a host user) to portal 1, my uploaded files end up in portal 0 instead of portal 1

Enhance web method configuration screen

The web method configuration screen needs to have a drop down to allow you to sort by column names. It should also allow for paging.
